Great game! About time Larsson scored!

England played better in the first half, while Sweden was better in the second.

I love how we got our players to push up the play, and how things started working out. The corners was a main factor this game, Linderoth and Elmander was hitting their targets and we certainly were very close to score 3 goals on the corners, one was the case though.

This is fantastic, England hasn't beat us on 38 years, and it's unbelieveable how we stood up and scored the second one. Henrik Larsson stepped forward and showed that he's essential once again.

This is working out good I think, we should've won over England today if we scored the goals on the corners. I think England hasn't proved themselves yet, and now I'm very happy!

Go Sweden even though we're facing Germany!

im damn pissed at england's defence...they just seem too nervous and do stupid things...maybe not @ the first goal..but the second..common it was a stupid goal...u just don't act like this when u have 2 minutes left in the game...

haha, the defence on that second goal had serbia & montenegro written all over it. dreadful

england were great in the frist half, had shitty defence in the second and swedens corners were fucking dangerous. well played by both teams.

whats the final score guys? i missed it

I thought Sweden played very well second half and England's defence collapsed for no apparent reason. At least Joe Cole scored a great goal. Now that Owen is out I can't see us getting much further though.

why? He's done absolutely nothing in the first two games and wasn't fit anyway. Rooney is getting fitter by the minute and had a great first half. Now they're really missing one of Bent or Defoe.

England could easily have won this game 4-1 if fucking Lampard WOULD FUCKING DO SOMETHING. Get that fucking wanker off the pitch! He does absolutely NOTHING with the ball except pass it back, blow it ten yards over the bar or fire little piddlers STRAIGHT AT THE KEEPER! I"ve had enough of his fucking shit. Hargreaves played extremely well today and proved he can do the holding job while Gerrard should attack. Yes, I know he's not really English and I know he doesn't play in England, but he is the defensive answer to the midfield. And what happens when Stevie goes up front? FUCKING GOALS. Why cannot moron Sven see this?!! Keep Frank Pilon on the fucking bench.

I was not impressed with Caragher or Ashley Cole and Ferdinand was crap except that excellent tackle. By far the most depressing and surprising performance for England was Paul Robinson. What's happened to him? He looks nothing like the cool and calm Spurs keeper. He's been standing still, mistiming leaps, flapping his fucking hands all over the place and looked horrible on that second goal.

Cheering for England is absolutely painful. They look great for a few minutes and then within seconds, they revert to desperate idiots running around without heads. I say they'll get past Ecuador most likely, but if they run up against the Argies, it's game over unless they pick it up SOON. And Beckham has had it. Please retire from international football.

Sweden was closer to win this game, I mean, two shots in the crossbar

and if lampard had actually converted his MANY chances in the first half, England would have been up 3-0, which Sweden never would have come back from. Lampard is a liability and does nothing. He either takes a crack from 50 yards or passes it backwards. I did not see him try to beat one man today. Fucking useless.
