I got Ableton demo and let me tell you, it rocks. Im beginner producer and love it. + Ableton for DJing sounds sick, so many possibilities (loops, effects)

I use a radium 49 but I haven't really even used it lately just the mouse and keyboard. I really need to get a stand for the midi controller, or get something smaller.

If you dont know Russian, it says something like: Talker is a good find for an enemy

@ Zild

The MIDI controller that you have looks like its more for production though, maybe thats why you dont have much use for it (no crossfader, no buttons) assuming that you use it for DJing. Im using Ableton to learn producing right now and Im looking to buy something like MIDI keyboard (the m-audio oxygen the small one) and something like faderfox as MIDI controller for DJing.

Actually I use Ableton more for production. I use SSL for DJing, but I have done a set in Ableton before. What I really need right now is a nice control console.

I'll take that MIDI control off your hands. I'll pick it up tonight...queer.

You need to come by and listen to the new track I'm working on. I have to jam it live because I'm not finished with the sequencing.

I was thinking about one of those UC-33e things because they're cheap, but what I really want is a Mackie.

That looks pretty good. But no crossfader

Do you know if its possible to hook up 2 MIDI controllers at the same time VIA USB?

I think you can, but if not you could get a soundcard with 2 midi inputs.

trying to choose between Audiophile Firewire and Firewire 410, what are the differences? 410 has a few more outputs?
Thanks in advance
