A welcome change would be you not assuming in an elitist prick fashion that anyone who doesn't know the DJs you mentioned isn't in tune with the EDM scene.

Your not the one overseas, he is.

Hell,

I'd doubt u've ever been in another country. Maybe haven't even been on a plane before.

lol assuming someone hasnt been to another country or even a plane? come on man what the fuck is that? thats off topic. So much hatered for the Australian scene, chill the fark up. Before you doubt I havent been overseas , I have lived in London and Rotterdam for a few years. There are many unkonown DJs that are awesome over there that many dont know of .. even you. Thats just the same as OZ( Worldwide also). The OZ EDM scene is going strong and its growing.

Abhay you dont need to be so negitive.

Actually it does. The content, on the other hand, might not maintain the subject that was given.

Lol, just feeling like being a prick right now

Agreed.

One day Abhay might get over his CULTURAL CRINGE and realise no one needs the fucking Armin's and Tiesto's out to rock a party at $80 plus a pop.

Seriously Abhay, stop putting the 'trance lords' on a pedestal and learn to acknowledge the skills of Australian DJ's. Who fucking cares if European's et al haven't heard of them? That does not diminish their skills one iota. Why the hell would you bother bringing up our isolation in the first place and try to discredit Australian acts?

The Phil K's and Keitel's and Infusions have played far better sets every single time I've seen them than anything I've ever heard from Tiesto or Armin or Above & Beyond.

where did i say anything elitist? if i was being elitist i would be saying i'm better than you because i know these names. i'm saying that i think these names are rather big and i would assume people who follow trance or progressive edm would know them. there is no elitist in that.

i have been on a plane, both to and from greece and fiji. also back from brisbane where i spent new years eve last year. too bad i didn't see you, we would have lots to talk about

Secondly, lack of competition (And yes, the competition is starting to move now), means that the prices of getting the net here remains high.

All of this means that a large section of the Australian population can only get 56K speed internet.

There is so much crap here I don't know if I can wade thru it. Do some research and you will find that Australia has one of the highest ISPs per capita in the world.

And please don't tell us about clubbing culture in Australia, from your bedroom, internet 'experience' and going to Family once a month.

If people like Sasha, Zabiela, Hybrid, PVD, Tiesto, Adam Freeland etc can come do shows successfully in Canberra, CANBERRA!!, you've got to think yourself lucky.

BTW Kid Kenobi has some sweet skills

i can't seriously believe that statement when you are on a site called tranceaddict. most people that are into more than strictly trance here would know all of those i reckon, maybe less so the more dedicated ASOT listeners etc but i think you know some of those names...
