and we were talking about getting food...

Does anyone know a good place to stop on the way to the Belleville/Tweed exit where we can stop to get food and other necessities???

Like a good proper grocery store to get foods, meats, etc.

Also, a town/city that would also have an LCBO and Beer Store in it.

For myself, Im gonna wanna fill up on fast food too before heading in, so like a McDicks and Wendy's too


We figure we dont wanna be loading up the car with food till we're closer to Tweed, so anyone with familiarity on this voyage would would know good places to stop, it'd be appreciated!

South off the 401 onto North Front Street, straight into Belleville.

Then to get to Tweed, back on the 401 going east for about a half a km, then North on the 37 all the way into Tweed.

you dont need to get back onto the 401 at all, just head back north along 37 and use Swamp's directions!

Though it looks like exiting one exit sooner onto Front St makes things more direct to get there!

But i think id just take 37 up, and not hop back onto the 401 for 10 seconds.

I am still uncertain if I will be there or not. I will need to find a dog sitter in order to go...if I do find one...then I will be there

I saw OS/2 at the Metric concert last night at Fort York - as well as Ron Sexsmith OS/2 and his crew were all wearing t-shirts advertising WEMF, I wanted one, but no could do - they said they will be available there, they look neat!

in case anyone wonders - if you plan on buying tix at the door for one day on saturday - they won't be available, until 4am - so if you go earlier then 4am you will have to pay the 2 day tix~! oh well! I am off - but i don't think I will go! I would like to , but no!

I think Theresa's second suggestion is a bit too far. If you can't sleep because of the noise - you aren't tired enough.
