^^^true!
I could never imagine not listening to music either! LEt's all thank GOD that we can all hear!
Wear those damn ear plugs when you do go out! the decibles in clubs are notoriously bad for our lil' wee ears!! Most health plans have coverage. and Guvernement gives them away for FREE at the candy booth!!!
Wear your sunglasses to protect yourselves from getting cateracx(sp I know) when you are older!
ciao 4 now folks!

I voted blind.
I would rather hear my children the first time they called me Daddy.
I would rather hear them laughing and playing.
I would rather listen to someone's troubles and offer advice, then see them make a bad decision.
I find it very peaceful to sit and listen to nature, music, etc.
I would certainly drive myself crazy only being able to hear my own thoughts all the time.
When deaf, one does not want to go to theaters, to movies, to concerts, or even to restaurants as we live in a world that just does not understand you cannot hear them. There are more people in this world know how to speak words then to speak sign language.
I know that every point I made here can also be made in the opposite favor, but this is just my view of it.
Helen Keller said that sight connects us to the world but hearing connects us to each other.
