Chievo are really not that great would've loved to see Palermo in that role. They could definitly suprise some. But yeah Chievo I think didnt expect to be in CL so they never improved themselves...sadly

Huge +1...

I rather see Chelski or Crapca taking the cup than a dirty crook team...

I saw Hamburg - Osasuna highlights, and every single chance came thanks to strategy .

Valencia 'Ratas voladoras' lost, but I think they'll comeback in Mestalla.

Liverpool and Milan will suffer.

I'm pretty sure there will be a lot of Zvezda-supporters (Delije) who'll be much happier including me!

Yesterday was a great game, and I'm optimistic because of the outcome. We lost 1:0 at the Meazza, but we still fought until the last seconds of the game. It also makes me so glad that we didn't lose with 5:0 as we did to PSV a couple of years ago, but they came to the Semifinals that year.

The second leg is going to be packed with Zvezda-supporters, that's a huge advantage for us. The best scenario would be to get a early goal, so we can continue our pressure and perhaps score a couple of them before the game is over. But ofcourse, the most important thing is that Bisevac and Gaj keeps on playing together in the League. This was Gajs first full game with Zvezda, and he plays against Milan and does that really well.

Basta was injured, didn't knew this during the game. But he was playing 90 minutes with pain, Hopefully he'll get some rest now so he can be fresh for the next game in Belgrade.

If we still wouldn't make it through, and play well, then I would be fully satisfied to lose against a team like AC Milan. The Champions League is our goal, but the UEFA Cup is a big thing for us aswell.

Napred Zvezdo!

Hamburg can thank Web twice for going through, first of all, He should've let Milosevic head that ball into the goal, Web missed, and then later on he missed another golden oppurtunity.

Red Star is out after a bad game, Milan was stronger and deserved to go through.

Congratulations to all teams who qualified tonight.

I hope everyone in the group murder's Milan not because Im a Inter fan but because they should not be in the Champions League THE CHEATS!

cool to see Hamburg make it, more Van der Vaart football !

and I agree with Ben...but we saw it coming, Italian politics and then its red star belgrade ..sigh...

hehehehe i would love to see Milan win the champions league this season (against barca in the final), just to see you guys bitching and crying

Posted by zoric on Aug-23-2006 14:24:

There's not to much to do when you're playing the cheaters of Milan. They've got Galliani and Berlusconi who either pays off the everyone to shut up, or cheats in the long race.

Still, I want to give Red Star-fans cred for making this absolutely beautiful atmosphere when their team is playing.

Hamburg will be very interesting to see in this years Champions League and I hope they will play well.

says the fanboy who loves the most honest team on earth

Posted by zoric on Aug-23-2006 16:27:

Like I didn't see that coming.

Have I ever supported cheating?

No.

Too bad Salzburg couldn't score .

Osasuna... Todos a una, puta Osasuna . They will do better in Liga, without the CL, and who knows in UEFA.

Absolutely brilliant!

Copenhagen is through to the Champions League after a win 0:2 win over AFC Ajax on Amsterdam Arena tonight. First goal was scored by Silberbauer, and the second one was a own goal by Vermaelen.

Great win for Danish and Nordic football!

allready dreaming of a bara win in may, pretty unlikely though to win it twice in a row, but who knows

Posted by chesco on Aug-23-2006 23:36:

This is celtics best ever opportunity to get a decent draw, however knowing our luck we'll end up in the same group as barca and a couple of those eastern european teams with the money.

wouldn't mind

Inter
celtic
Steaua Bucuresti
FC Copenhagen

think we could get thru that tbh.
