Both doctors at the hospital told me to keep it uncovered, but using Polysporin and Lanacaine (optional). "Both covered and uncovered theories have their benefits and own merits, but uncovered is best" they agreed.

I guess diff't recommendations for diff't types of abbrasions.

Coated in the polysporin is hardly "uncovered" - but I see where they are coming from.
