heh heh, as much as people should know that almost half the Black and Blue crowd is straight, that flyer won't endear too many straight nOObs to attend

Gonna go get my ticket next week here in Ottawa. The setup alone is absolutely mind tripping.

Black and Blue had more echo at Olympic, that is a bit of a drawback, but the massive is well needed since Montreal's now down to three indoor massives (Swirl and Cream being the latest casualties) and we haven't had one in almost six months. That's prolly one of the reasons why Black and Blue is getting more and more mainstream, to the point that straights will eventually outnumber the gays in a few short years or so (was at 40% last year).

If the set up is anything close to last year's Black and Blue, then you guys are gonna be in total awe of the concourse area that allows you to look down and see the huge crowd.. and after you check this out, you're gonna find the Bal en Blanc set up to royally suck in comparison. The Guv is gonna have a crowd of almost similar size that weekend but the conditions are absolutely brutal there.

Chus & Ceballos and Clamaran not your thing? Dirty tribal house for 10+ hours?

I didn't like some recent sets from Clamaran AT ALL.

And I can see Chus & Ceballos @ Stereo every, what is it at now? 3-4 months? For what? About, say, $25 max?

I have Creator & Fontaine on Thursday, Piett & Fanciulli on Friday, and the following Thursday, God has given me LAWLER

I gotta be in A++++++++++ shape for these events, which musically please me a hell of a lot more than Chus & Ceballos.

Lawler.. Fair enough. Chus & Ceb has to be experienced at a massive, esp that setup. As for Clamaran, what sets did you listen to? I haven't found anything palatable on the net but I'll trust the posts I've read and I'm pretty certain he'll outdo Tenaglia's set from last year. I'm looking forward to seeing what he can do on the decks.. you guys will get my review.

I just hope Clamaran can do for me what Fancuilli and Grondin did at Bal en Blanc - that is confirm the mixing skills I've been hearing about and gain a new fan in the process. If he blows chunks like Tenaglia did last year, then the $86 ticket I bought today will have to be accompanied by one of those "flights".

Should be a helluva party!!
