To tell you the truth, I have no favorite DJ. No number one. But I do like Sander Kleinenberg and James Zabiela's style...like the funky, breakbeat and electro stuff, but I mostly like prog, and they do play that as well...good to see some DJs who play a variety.

1. if you haven't seen him live...you haven't heard him. he tears up the club.

2. technically he is awesome.

3. i enjoy the style that he plays.

same is true for everyone i voted for, but i guess he scores the highest out of those marks...

he is going to rank really high, and I'm happy for him, he deserves it
plus he's so modest and appreciates the chance he's been given, makes him deserve it even more to me

Quite simply because James Zabiela has more technicaly ability than 99% of DJs out there. Not to mention his tracks are funky as fuck and if you can't get freaky to a Zabz set then you don't belong here.

I've only seen Markus Schulz, Paul van Dyk and Armin van Buuren this year; but based on their sets Armin takes the cake. His set was absolutely amazing, euphoric. I'm glad I dished out the cash to see him. Paul van Dyk though was quite disappointing...
