-Currently Rock climbing (mainly bouldering) 4 times a week

- Former member of the Flying Dogs MTB racing team

-24 hours of adrenaline MTB race participant/ finisher

-Chief Scouts Award recipient (Canadian equivalent to Eagle Scout)

-Extensive Camping and Hiking all over the world. (From the Canadian Rockies to the Greek Islands)

-20 years of nordic skiing. 5 top 5 finishes at Ontario Provincial (in classical and skate styles in addition to team placements)

-10 years of snowboarding experience

-8 years of downhill ski experience

-3 years of Triathlon

-6 years of cross country running

-5 years of Rugby including time in team Captain positions and Rep Leagues. Also Playing overseas in England and Ireland.

-National Lifeguarding Service Award of Canada.

-Extensive Martial Arts background. (Chito-ryu Karate 13 years, Shotokan Karate 14 years, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 6 years, Japanese Jiu-Jitsu 1 year, Tae Kwon Do- 1 year, Judo 8 months)

Canadian National Martial Arts Team 2006, 2 gold (advanced men open hand kata, advanced men weapons)+ 1 bronze (advanced men 18-35 sparing, light heavy weight) at World Congress of Amatuer Atheletes Martial Arts Championships.

Used to be drawing/sketching when younger.

Now its pretty much:

drinknig beer, clubbing, listening to EDM, looking at breasts, watching tennis (soon to be PLAYING tennis), and cottaging!

I also play Laser Quest competetively (we actually have tournaments for this shit lol)

Also play a lot of poker.

When I'm not doing any of those, it's because I'm out with friends doing random shit and smoking up. Booya.

those activities are my relaxation . ...well that and the occasional lazy Sunday with my gf and I just lounging around for the day and grabing breakfast and coffee arond noon.

As I'm sure you know, trainning in Martial Arts can be a great way to break down stress. I kind of treat all the other activities the same way.

as for me:
producing and writing music - writing poetry (those number #1), reading, working out, jogging (which I just started), learning other languages, travelling, organizing events, organizing my time (this is a hobby: yes), suduko (new at this), meeting people...there are too many things to list...
