My experience has been that people who are good with glowsticks don't go around 'giving' shows. They don't have too. People recognize a good dancer from a weak one, and people who're interested in a light show come up to them and ask for one. Now I've been to clubs where you get the odd sketchbag who thinks they're tight with the lights and want you to check em out. Yeah, it's a pain if you're not feeling it - but it's easy to just say no and walk away. I've only once ever had someone persistently want to give me a show (and that's only because he wanted validation that he was a good dancer, and he was blitzed outta his mind)
I think the complaint that glowsticks cause unintentional damage holds more weight then saying people who glowstick are always looking to give shows.

nothin serious, it teached me to be careful .. i remember very clearly the first time i discovered the wet spots, it was amazing!!!!!

they sell them at the booth - I was there 1 month ago and at least they were then - has this changed?
