tylenol pm or something of the sort..some type of sleeping pill? you should always keep those around..you could aso just stay up and go to class if youre not sleepy at all..sleep in class.

fianlly got to sleep at 6am. went to uni got back around 1pm and im just up from a nice little sleep.
