Honestly they want proper security, hire bouncers who wouldn't let their own damn friends in.

hmmm i had a good time inside the music was banging alex sorry about the girl? the one thing i am kinda sour about was the opening set.... no disrespect but i dont see how banging it out at 127 bpm before diggers is a good job or even an attempt to impress the man nice try though i understand the doormen were not completely ontop of there game and im sure that its the same as before... i know im gonna get lashed at for saying this but with time it will get better and more organized (plz dont hurt me) on that note DIggERsss was a freaking monsterrr a beast rather, the man completely tore up the place he was a little confused when the lights came up but no matter he was like whatever just bring them back down as soon as you can ANd ALEX i Saw the look on your face like about 100times every time something mean and nasty came onnn LOL

i work there on thursdays

i saw the club before it opened, the amount of sound in there is HUGE HUGE HUGE

i get there at 10h40... get in front of the club... and have to wait like everyone else

the bouncers dont know me... so i suppose i have to tell them that i work there as a promoter

at first the bouncers thought the club would open wayyyyy faster then that... and they would have brought in the paying "i lovemusic" peeps that were waiting for 3 hours almost

but then... the sound guys inside who were dealing with ENORMOUS amount of preasure couldnt handle it fast enough... and then you get the heavy guys coming in the line

guys that spend 1000, 2000 or 5000 $ at your bar are hard to deal with

they wont wait 10 minutes in front... they have to get in as fast as possible cuz they will spend that cash somewheree else in a second and they wont come back...

20 guys that spend 1000$ just paid your dj + a lot of expenses...

and on top of that... the bouncers had to deal with peeps that were agitated... pissed at waiting all night

so 3 hours of being told that your stupid etc... being bossed right and left by nowheres or important peeps

having your boss screaming at you cuz the club isnt full enough... and people coming in and out for smoking a cigarette... and everyone trying not to pay...

PAY THE FUCKIN 20$ and GET IN

i only have to say that...

I WOULDNT DO THEIR JOB



so now that the sound is ready... obviously when you change completely your club in 3 weeks with adding part of a floor + changing the sound system completely etc... theres gonna be fuckups somewhere... especially with 100k of sound and the sickest technology involved



so i say... people are pissed... relax a bit... i was fuckin pissed too for waiting to get in a club that i promote for 2 hours... but i know the next show is gonna flow perfectly

the sound is gonna be ready and tweaked perfectly... the bouncers will be smilling

there wont be any fuckups this time and people that love music and are only willing to pay 20$ and drink 2 or 3 beers will be able to get in easily... and thats why we have huge djs on thursdays over there

to make sure you guys get quality djs... with a reasonnable price at the door and a sick soundsystem / lighting / service



very sorry for everything that happened... and sorry that it happened on the night of digweed

i say you give it a chance for seb fontaine or steve lawler... and THEN you make up your mind

well said, but as you say you are a promoter for them so you're just doing your job. I for one wont be giving them a second chance. Being pushed by a bouncer, is inexcussable. Not to mention do infact have the worst crowd ive seen anywhere.

im a promoter there but was treated as a regular client

i turned around and left at some point...

but i knew it wasnt their mistake (bouncers)

so i took a chill pill (i dont do drugs) and waited a bit more

and i had a blast inside

cost me more then what i got paid for that night.. but i had a blast

i have a cold this morning and i was suppose to play golf... but i had a blast

was supposed to go to circus after... but i had mcdonalds instead and went to bed

hhehe
