its all dance space, bigger than Cielo, don't know bout Sullivan Room, I have never been there. In terms of dance space it is bigger than BLVD. I will be doing future events at BLVD though, between all of its rooms it has a 1200 capacity. I will be doing a monthly event there one Friday of every month starting November so lots more events to come!

And pictures; Sean is totally cool like that, humble, down to earth; and lotsa fun! This is how cool the Tyas' are; Last time Sean was in Philly (may) they moved his gig fromt he 19th to the 20th; the 20th I had to fly to Jax to see my bro, so I missed it. He left promo vinyls' for me @ his parents house, and Ryan brought them to me over PVD in CP weekend...above and beyond guys; thanks! I'm making him sign an "embarassing" record... LOL! Yes, Sean.. Thanks Mike... I'm Andy, really looking forward to seeing Sean spin, and I was afraid my friend would pick another place to have his party, but he settled on BLVD... nice
