glad to meet a fellow Wire fan. i have to give much respect to the producers/writers of that show because of how real it is. i think i saw a documentary that said one of the guys was an ex-cop and another was a journalist both from baltimore.

My girlfriend sarah bought all 4 seasons on DVD off E bay, and we locked ourselves in her apt for like a week and a half and watched them all.... i think Kate participated in a day or two of that.

i used to love the show 'The Buzz' on the comedy network. it's not on anymore, but it was hilarious and always on after the bar.

now anything on the Discovery channel gets my vote.

i have a couple ideas why, and none of them are good news

you're a sick sick man and you need help

i don't want to know you when you become a dirty "old" man

I used to like that show with Rachel Ray where she goes around spending $40 in a city on food.

Then she got fat! LOL...I didn't stop watching because of that...just don't have much time for TV and when it is on unfortunately Dora the Explorer gets priority.

discovery has a lot of great shows, but a lot of ppl dont tune in for it.

A really hypocritical show in the sense that they make fun of the very same videos they play all the time. It's like me walking around making fun of my own clothes.

I watched mythbusters last night, it was the one where they were loweing a large bongo drum down a hole to see if it was more sensitive at hearing people tunnelling up to city walls than modern equipment.... IT WAS! Despite their cynicism, it worked and they were dead impressed! I love it when they are surprised.

I LOVE AB FAB!!!!!!!!! is it back on reruns again? they used to have it on the comedy network. it's one of my favourite shows ever.

i am a big fan of the food network since i love cooking, so i watch:
- "forever summer"
- there is this show about restaurants that are starting up...can't remember the name, as well as this show about entrepreneurs that are started up food-related businesses that comes on right after it on sunday afternoons

- "how not to design". first of all, the hosts are scottish, and from glasgow. does it get any better than that?! i could listen to them all day. but on top of all that, they're hilarious. god i love the scottish.

and of course, "what not to wear", "project catwalk" (soooo much better than project runway), "six feet under" and "curb your enthusiasm" but i think a lot of people watch them so they doesn't belong in this thread.

And my fav show of all times: SCRUBS!

*edit*
Little People, Big World (TLC)
Miami Ink (TLC)
Overhaulin' (TLC) <-- I love Chip Foose
I tried watching Inked but hated it.
