i think they can care less what miami is known for. as mentioned before, the almighty dollar is king. and sadly the real estate industry dwarfs the clubbing industry.
i remember reading something too on CJ.. dont know if it was posted by fagleen or pod but they said there was 3-4 new "clubs" opening in the 24-hour district by the end of the year or something to that nature and 1 of them was going to be another strip club...
i guess that aint going to happen after all or they will and just adhere to the new closing times.
what if space makes a bubble in the patio so the noise stays in!
