On the complete contrary for me my friend... Ask starfox, he'll tell ya... i really don't like PvD at all.... this set blew me away, i didn't even believe it was PvD till i was shown the CD labeled "PvD @ Rosenmontags 2002" ..... and that track i heard was my favorite of the set, just so surreal... i had no idea who the fuck produced it...

F0x actually ID'd it for me wayyyyy after everyone was making a fuss about it in the Music discussion (which i rarely visit).... so i was totally unaware of that track... or who made it.

Tops by my standards.... PvD has just gone a couple of steps up on the totem-pole of respect in my book.

I definately do like the song, especially those vocals. But everyone was making too big a fuss (I thought) in the music forum.

I still think the set wasn't that great though... after all those reviews I split the set into two and listened to the set two hours a day (at least - on the way to school and back) for two weeks. I just thought too many songs were mediocre, and the mixing was decent... nothing special. I just expected better after falling in love with Politics of Dancing.

ah well see... we like 2 different styles here, thats all

i really didn't care for POD, but his rosenmontags set was harder, more exciting for me. The two really don't resemble each other much at all.... so.... here's to PvD for "mixing it up" (pun intended)

i certainly don't really care if a person is whistling there arse off at least you know they're having a good time. the fact that maybe they sit at home and dl mp3z too.. just imagine if you were a person whistling your arse off later hearing it in a mp3 you can always reminisce the time you had at the party good or bad. its a sig that you left at that party forever you will remember.
