Some of us do have a sense of dignity.

I prefer not to be laughed at by others in this manner. (ie cheesy advertising)

There'll always be haters. Just like when you see a guy driving a Ferrari people will say he bought it to compensate it for his small dick or something. But in the end, you have your own shoe, and the haters can barely afford it.

Or some ppl just don't need their name on some bloody shoe in order to feel accomplished or get attention or whatever.

There is a Korean proverb, 'When a tiger dies, he leaves his skin. When a man dies, he leaves his name'.

I do not care to have my name remembered in such manner by ppl that I don't know. I do care about how I'll be remember by ppl that I do love and care about.

Hey, if having your name on a shoe rocks your world. That's fine.

But that's not just my 'thing'.

Personally, I don't think it's 'cool' to have your own shoe.

But you realise you are the minority in thinking this, right?

I'm with you on this too, Yohan. Besides, it's not just merchandising, it is the type of merchandising. I remember the days when trainers weren't even allowed in clubs.... The days when house music meant guys in shirts with button down collars and shoes and girls were in dresses and heels. Not saying it was altogether practical, just observing.

I agree with you Yohan, Pett doesn't have any dignity at all.
How could you just sell out and sign a multimillion dollar shoe contract like that Pett?

Haven't you forgotten where you came from?

Remember when Moby sold all 18 tracks of his Play album...

Didn't it go downhill afterwards?
