Simple, they just publish what information they receive. If the information they received was the wrong version of the T/L and they dont bother checking it or have the sense to realise some of the trakc names were missing, then the information they publish is going to be incomplete isnt it.

Indeed - And as I've said since this has been announced, I'm excited for it. I like Nick Warren, a lot, and as far as I'm concerned, GU lost it's prestige as something really unique long ago - So this essentially just amounts to another Warren mix CD I'm pretty sure I'll dig.

I dont make statements based on rumours (I leave that for others), and generally have some modicum of fact to base what I say upon. I am well aware I may well be addressing one of the Lolitas, but I'm basing my evidence on the fact I've seen it listed as part of an upcoming unmixed compilation due out in the Spring. Whether that means they class it as unsigned because its not a single, or whether their management sorted the deal on their behalf remains to be seen. All you TA faithful should know I'm generally right 99.9% of the time by now.

i can say i have the final word in all deals, and i can tell neptune is not signed only used on GU Paris. All requests go thru me so i'm really excited to hear where i didnt sign it.
