we could do like i always do when meeting someone at a party: "12 o'clock, by the bathrooms.."
hehe.. always worked for me, and the bathrooms are right near the entrance. or does anyone else have a better idea for time/location?

I'll have on a dark blue nike shirt and I don't know what pants. I'm going to be carrying a lot of lights... glowsticks, photon lights and two red strobe lights. -- Yes, I'm a glowsticker 
Oh yeah I'm a skinny asian with a bunch of white people. -- Twinkie.
I'll be with a bunch of people who will look out of place. Two of them have never been to a dance party like this. ;-) My friends are all piling into my apartment for a pre-party I guess.
Does anyone know when Gielen will come on? Let's meet in front of the guys bathroom (there's only one) an hour before Gielen comes on. Or 12 o'clock. Whichever is first.
Anyways, come over and say hi, I hope to meet all the Atlanta TA's there.
i'l be wearing big pants (jeans) and a green shirt..and maybe a visor.. chances are i'll be with my friend who is very tall, easy to spot 
i'll be waiting in front of the bathrooms (guys and girls are 5 feet appart), hope to see you all there!

We're holding some Passes for him, and I haven't spoken with him this week. Know if he's coming up?
He's not. He was suppose to stay with me but he couldn't make it up. Next party.
I could use those passes however.
I could use them as well, since I did attend the 02.02.2002 party when Marco never showed
...also, I got about 10 peepz to come out tonite, helping out yer cause (plus I'm sure they'll thank me afterwords anyways!!)

Thank you guys for coming out! Everyone seemed to have a great night. Tons of reviews on our Lost Atlantis forum and another Atlanta based forum.
Johan had a blast, he said he really liked the Globe. And he's dying to get back again soon.

That was my first Johan Gielen party and I had lots of fun. I got to meet a few TAs and a few random people. It was a much needed party for me. The vibe was pretty good and Johan looked like he was having fun.
A mini review of Johan, he was really good technically but his music selection was good but not stellar. He had a firm command of the equalizers, doing backspins, beat swappings, and other tricks. As a DJ I am impressed by his skills and I thank him because I learned a lot from just hearing him play. I wasn't really feeling his track selection. It was all quality tunes he dropped but nothing wowed me. Overrall, it was an awesome party and I would be there whenever Johan comes back.
Thank you to Lost Atlantis and his company for bringing Johan to Atlanta. Big thanks for the passes. I'll be back for the next party.
The Globe still needs to get a liquor license. I feel they would get so more much business with one. The crowd was friendly. I had a lot of people come up to me and ask for lightshows.
Hi to Ilina (Eu4ea_18) and Maxim303, it was nice meeting you two. I'm sorry I didn't get to meet all the TAs in Atlanta. That 1:00am thing didn't work out for me because I got held up. You might have noticed me (when facing Johan) to the back right with the red, white and blue lights.

It was an awesome party.. Nice meeting you Scottaculous. Johan did not play the most "innovative" set, not too many surprises, but it was very solid and rocked the party for sure. Don't remember all the tracks he played, but some were:

i still can't believe gielen came to the globe, so surreal! I had a fantastic time, no surprises. Except for a bit of technical difficulties, it was a stellar party, big ups to Lost Atlantis-- glad I met you. Kid Icarus was sound,solid uk hard house all the way. Maxim, I can't thank you enough, can't believe we got to chill up there, and get pics! You made my night. The crowd vibe was great except most were sitting down. Scott, too bad you took off so soon!
