haha...nope...I haven't been buying very much hard techno lately. Upon further reflection I think I remember hearing Len Faki's die rumpelkammer (dope track!)

My Night:

* almost 5 hours to get to Toronto.
* a bottle of red wine.
* a dirty undergroud warehouse feeling.
* insane techno beats. Beyer was amazing, much better than what I was expecting.
* lots of great friends.
* pant bottoms covered in mud.
* a hangover Saturday morning.

I really loved Sudbury. Definitely a great place to hold such an event. Caryn is was nice to meet you as well. And it was great to see so many people out including ones that I haven't seen in a long time. I had a great night!

It really was Jenn! Just an incredible night musically and venue wise for me, and aside from one situation which kinda dampened mine and dannies nights (out of our control), it was just an amazing Friday techno party experience. So glad I went!I cannot wait till the next pure techno event I hit up!

I just love this music so much. I am so excited to be really truly exceptionally passionate about EDM music again (I've really noticed myself losing interest in trance since Feb or Mar of this year (esp new productions-wise, but also in pure trance sets that I am present for) and it feels great to once again find myself truly enamoured with EDM music this new new genre-form... I dont feel so lost or searching anymore.)

Thanks to everyone that hyped up this party for all that it would be, for me it was everything and even more! Thank you. (You, Jenn, and Chris were so right! I loved partying along side you to to this music... I hope we can do it again soon!) And thanks to my L-Techno-K for coming out to this with me! It really meant a lot, our first techno event together... (but we still need to have a new fresh beginning w/ an event that isnt marred by other shitty circumstances). I was so excited that you decided to come! so much fun(YAY)... Until the next one, little one luv you

I think I saw you maybe at one or two points, but I was always distracted this night, and wasnt sure if it was you or not. I also wasnt making my normal 'chit-chating' rounds like i usuallydo. anyways, completely worth it. getting to hang out with old friends, attending a techno party for the first time in almost a year (last time was chris liebing & speedy j at spirit, nyc in nov 2005), and meeting new people just made my weekend.

everybody has summed the night up as i would. great tunes, lots of dancing, great people, good times! toronto is such a great place to visit and party. although i haven't been out in over a year in toronto (dave clarke et al at guv jul 2005), it feels like i was there yesterday.

adam played a great set! it was absolutely rocking from 4-5. does anyone know the track played at 4am? it was massive. i remember nathalie taking out her phone for this one and it was 3:59. the last 1/2 hour or so i would have preferred it to be harder rather than minimal because i was running out of steam, but a great set nonetheless. i only recognized 2 tracks the entire night.

vince: you rock! good times as always. when is the next techno party?
jenn: nice meeting you! i'm sure we'll see eachother again. whether it be in toronto, or europe?

ok...so i am listening to paul van dyk at nature one 2006. i SWEAR adam played this track on friday night that i am listening to right now.

see, i just got done with an adam beyer set, so when i heard this, i thought it was still adam but it's not. if anyone has pvd nature one 2006 it starts at ~29:55 and ends at 34:30. it is one of the two tracks that i knew that was played by adam on friday. to my knowledge, this track has not been id'ed.

help?

On behalf of Black Market Records, I just wanted to say thanks to each and every one of you who made it out last Friday to Adam. This was THE BEST NIGHT I HAVE EVER HAD @ 99 (next to the Derrick May and Mr. Fingers event we had there last DEC). When I walked in I didn't even reconized the inside.

Big up to Eric and Jamie for doing an excellent job opening up the night.

Adam just destroyed the place...........I was raving behind the bar all night (I was the guy pouring the beers behind the bar with nick)

Anyways thansk again for making this night special and look forward to seeing all of you at our next event
