| Shreveport attorney, Tom Cryer, won a unanimous NOT GUILTY verdict in federal district court defeating the IRS's claim that Tom "willfully" failed to file federal income tax returns. Tom refused to file tax returns because the IRS could not show him any law making him liable for 'filing' a tax return. NOW, nothing in this Internet Video Press Release is intended to recommend that you cease to file tax returns or meet other demands of the IRS lawful or otherwise. PLEASE... PLEASE... PLEASE do nothing that will give the IRS any excuse to cut you from the herd and drag you off to its slaughterhouse! However, we do urge you to visit TruthAttack . org and fight this grand theft by deception under the protection of your FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS! |

| Originally posted by Arbiter There are a variety of issues that have gone to court related to income tax which have been ruled on in various ways, but no court has ever ruled that: 1. Income tax is unconstitutional, 2. income tax doesn't apply to wages, or 3. you don't have to file a tax return and pay that tax. Many of this cases, such as the ones in that video, have been misappropriated by tax protestors in an attempt to use them to show something beyond what the ruling actually states. However, this does not lend their arguments any more strength. |

so you're getting all worked up over semantics?
the court ruled in Tom Cryer's favor
Anyway, I've been up for 20 hours so give me a break, you soulless traitor to humanity
I just got my W2 and I will be filing my taxes. $600 tax break from the man himself, BUSH...![]()
Yea, even though everyone gets a tax break, the excessive spending continues. How can we have tax breaks if our expenditures don't likewise, decline also? IT DOESN'T!
