Borat's performance was shit. As in really crap. He's had much funnier skits on his UK show.

HOWEVER...the view into some of the more embarrasing people in our country was fucking gold. The amount of psychos who still live here never ceases to amaze me...

I was unsure about BORAT and thinking that maybe this thing had all been done before. But I saw it last night and found it hilariously funny even though it did make me cringe at times.

Not as funny as I'd expected it to be. I can remember seeing Borat for the first time in the UK maybe 5yrs ago and was dying. For those new to the concept it was gold and I did laugh hard, just not as much as I expected.

Bits that stood out:

-Running of the Jew & Jew Egg
-Driving Instructor - Gypsy eating my hram comment
-Pamela Anderson & Wedding Sack
-Being on morning TV in Mississippi
-The psycho Christians
-The woman holding the yard sale - 'Are these your spells?'
-The bear
-Naked wrestling
-Staying with the Jews at the B&B
-Checking into the hotel
-Hanging with the black guys and doing the impression of the Kazakh 'musician'

I was shocked the cinema in Richmond was completely full and this was last night. Somehow we managed to bag the last two seats 5mins before it started...
