The f'ed up thing about this is, DC never TOLD anyone of this rule change, so it was a total surprise when people get nabbed. My friend had to take a alcohol awareness class to get the charge dropped or minimized, and even the teacher thought the whole thing was a joke. One of the students made everyone in the class a CD a music of 'drinking songs' at a graduation gift. LMAO!!!

Im convinced the Air Canada Centre pays off these coppers to let 10,000 drunken cars tackle the gardiner, only to have ride set up in the area 2 hours after the game is over.

If they realy wanted to stop drinking and driving, they could enforce all car manufacturers to install those in car breathalizers.

WHOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

I just learned I can drink 4 beers per hour and still drive! For those who know me, would you trust me with even three????

AND I also learned I girls get drunk twice as fast as I can.

Thats not what the chart says, I think. It looks like its a total drinks, not a drinks per hour chart.

I still find the chart odd. It says I can have 4 beers (and allows for a .01 reduction every 40 min.). I, for a fact WON'T allow myself to drive with even three beers, as I know for sure 3 beers affects my vision and motor response.

However there are people like Jem, who can have a one pitcher to my one beer ratio because their/his body handles it that way.

So this chart for me is giving me the wrong message. It's telling me my 3-4 beers is legal, when I personally can't fathom driving with that much until I have some time after to get it out of my system.

AJ, it's just a guideline.

True. I generally use the one drink an hour limiter.

I think the chart is just a general guideline. You should always use your own judgment when it comes to something like that. You may not fail the breathalizer but you'd fail a sobriety test.
