That's not even possible. DJ Tiesto and Luxor are cleaning my records all this weekend.

I'm right here guys.

Gonna try to tone down the TA posts. HBO still needs to make money to pay for all their beautifully written shows.

For a while TA.com (might still be) has been like free therapy for me. I don't know who you guys are and you don't know me.

Its a lil past that now. I'm not sure how old any of you are, I don't know your education levels and I don't know your yearly income (if there is an income).

I apologize if I have been a burden on your lives. I thought you guys might want to see a video clip taken from a night instead of a review with a whole bunch of letters that don't get the true visual feeling.

Its makes it much easier for me to ID tracks, instead of coming here saying who heard the song that said oooh ooooh oooh 7 times.

There are too many promoters and people that just give up on things. I'm not one of them.

I told you guys before, I've been forced to help promote genres that I really didn't like just because that is what brought the crowd and money to the bars. You guys have reinforced what I thought before and that is that LA's trance scene is hopeless.

I'll just continue to wait for other promoters to bring the big names and enjoy the night.

You guys could make fun of me as much as you want. At the end of the day we will see who comes out on top.

People who like good music will find parties regardless of whether they are promoted.

With the event I had New Years Day, I knew it would be tough. My body was shot. I didn't make it til 10!

I'm good friends with the GM of the venue. The venue has great sound and great space but unfortunately with the history it has it only does live band shows. It will take time, but with the space and location it can have the potential of being a great venue.

I'm going to continue booking different nights (whether it be a band, DJ, or singer) only because of the respect I get from the security and staff. Many Hollywood venues act like they are mafia or their security acts like a UFC street gang.

Again, I just want you guys to come look at the place. Come for FREE, I'll even give you a free drink. I got alot of feedback Sunday night and I could always use more.

You guys can make fun of me or bash me as much as you like. It may upset me, but what can I do? I'm still going to be me. You can love me or hate but don't disrespect me.

How about every single line of that post, which is baisically a loose collection of sentences which have no relation to each other, nor the topic at hand.

I try to different ideas or subject on different lines. Its not use continuing. Its just a slippery slope that never ends.

Look man, let me be serious for a minute. Most everyone on TA is over 21, in fact the only active TA's that come to mind that are under 21 are Henry V and Kimchi. Everyone on this regional board is fairly close, most of us know each other personally (offline) and can call ourselves friends. As for the education level: most of us are at a major university or have graduated from a major university, there are a few people with a masters degree and even few PhD's. You seem to think that we are little raver children that are just trying to pump you up for no apparent reason. You walked in with a big head and a cocky attitude, what did you expect? Were we supposed to marvel at your overwhelming glory? You got ripped up because you had it coming. DaveT was trying to help you out and you took it as an attack.

I totally agree with DaveT's initial post as do many TA's. You come to TA constantly bragging (although I am sure you swear you do not) about
how industry you are, all the people you met, and how you are the greatest thing since sliced bread. I would even go as far as to say that you brag about how much money you have. You don't directly come out and say it but it is inferred. You have made a grave mistake in underestimating the West Coast TA's. I do not represent TA but I am sure that you have lost all respect and credibility. You and your promotions will be a joke to all of us from now on unless you make a pronounced effort to make amends and change the cocky, vain asshole that you are.

As for your inquiry in regards to income and finances: Since when does a person's net worth have anything to do with their value as a human? This just further cements you as a cocky jerk who is materialistic and therefore judges a person by their monetary caliber.

Take this post in whatever way you wish, but before you call me out or make personal attacks let me inform you that I am smarter than you and I have a higher IQ than you. I am one person on TA you don't want to nettle because I will crush you and humilate you. /asshole

I saw Paul Oakenfold @ the knitting factory like 6-7 years ago. And they have booked many EDM events at the place before.

And the L.A Trance / EDM scene is not hopeless nor is it dead. Currently 3 of L.A's largest venues are strictly EDM on Saturday nights.

Now I like to go ahead and answer you about my education level, life style and finances, but wouldn't want you to drop out of law school and try to make it like me.

I've gotten plenty of PM's from other TA's telling me how you guys work and the things you have said to females in the past. (Probably why I don't see too many female posts).

Electrophile: How can I take you seriously when you make you quote under your sn 18 to crunk, 21 to funk. The guys doing the hip hop show Saturday made that up, not me. (It is kinda funny) I give these guys some say in things as long as they bring the crowd.
