Awsome night and K&A were amazing!! Loved the energy and vibe from them. Alot of great hits and I remember asking Steven if they were going to play "Are you fine", and he said he was tired of that song and wasn't going to play it. Then he just laughed!!! Just kidding!!! haha

Ted and Shawn did excellent and they opend nicely for K&A. I know those two love playing together and I think we have our own little duo at Alibi now. haha

Out Dirty Duo Lea and Jesse did a great job in the front room and of course our Trance djs and hip hop djs who played the other rooms. Big props to those who were involved.

I apologize to everyone for my set getting cut short, I was trying to build it up and then it's a mood kill for me when I have to shut it down. Either way, I had a blast and seeing alot of TA there shows that trance is still growing in SF. Much love to everyone on here who came out and supported us for this night. We're definately pushing ourselves to make Alibi a place for everyone to come out and get away from our daily lives and just be free. Thanks again and we'll see everyone tonight.

Lex, loving the pictures!!! I think Ultrasone is getting some free advertisement there. haha

damn. hopefully your camera can take advantage of those new sdhc 8gb and 16gb cards. i think fry's electronics had an 8gb for $70 the other day.

yeah my camera does sdhc cards, but 2gb is enough for now... i'm already low on hd space, don't need to be adding 8 gigs of media every saturday. maybe when i go to ibiza

Great party, I must say!

But, being me, I have a few qualms.

Turbine and Shawn's openign set was awesome. But, it ended too fast. I know KnA were asked if they should slow it down and KnA shrugged it off, but once they got on the decks the music slowed down quite a bit and the energy in the room as a whole really suffered for about 20-30 minute while they worked on bringing the tempo back up. Remember, openers set is to setup progression into the headliner. There was definitely an interuption to the energy when KnA got on and slowed the music down. Just my two cents.

With their set, when the energy was there is was AMAZING, but there were a few boring parts, but never more than like two songs at a time. And they played way anthemy and overdid it a bit.

But again, the party and energy as a whole was great. Can overlook my qualms because of that.

Thanks for the honest feedback Dave. I have to admit...Shawn and I were very excited to be up there and our music echoed that enthusiasm. I wish we had a chance to play longer too and better prep for K&A.
