Thats it, this is not funny anymore. I am complaining to the mods. I am NOT going to put up with you outright lying about me and calling me a racist. I was going to give you one more chance, but this is NOT right.

Oh my... Your anger is radiating throughout the internets. I smell a domino effect... Time to invade vietnam!

Not surprised after reading articles like these why you australians appear to be so racist and dirisive of 'brown skinned' people.

cricket doesn't appear to be the gentlemans game people portray it as.

You're talking about South-Asia emo-boy. Show me how the only or the majority of people who care about cricket are Middle-Eastern.

edit: BTW this is clearly someone's alt trying to stir shit up for a bit of fun. Personally I hope I never reach a point in my life (or probably lack of) where I have to resort to stirring people up over the internet for amusement.

read it again, in his message he implied I was racist, which I then said "yeah, call me that again I need a good laugh" cos its laughable that he'd call me a racist for absolutely no reason. I thought that would be the end of it, because he wasn't being absolutely personal towards me and I thought in that comment I made it sufficiently clear that it was bullshit. I just tried to dismiss it with a bit of "yeah whatever you reckon mate"

He then went on to claim that I sent him abusive pm's with supposedly racist comments, which is utter shite cos I have never even sent him a pm AT ALL. Thats when it got more serious, cos he was lying to try to paint me personally as a racist - thats absolutely inexcusable.

It went from an (misguided and without substance) implication about Australians generally which I will admit riled me up a bit (cos its bullshit), to deliberately calling me a racist and trying to lie (badly) to discredit my name.

Sorry, I don't see where in goth-tard's post he says that you pmed him, it looks like he was trying to say that he contacted you via private message, not the other way around.

"I attempted to respond to the abuse the racist trance nutter had given me in private"

..that he tried to respond to you in private, not that you had messaged him in private, or that's at least how I read it.

Anyway, interesting thread.

Besides I have the final proof that Australians and Aussie Cricketers in particular are not racist against South Asians (apart from the fact that they have more fans in India than they do in Australia):

quote:
IT HAS taken Brett Lee seven years and 143 gruelling one-day internationals to attain his current ranking, sixth, among the world's bowlers. But to reach No.4 in India's music charts, Lee required just 30 minutes.

In that half hour, between matches at the Champions Trophy last year, Lee penned the lyrics to You're The One For Me, a duet performed with Indian Bollywood icon Asha Bhosle. The combined drawing power of Asha and Lee ensured the single surged to No.4 inside the first week, and all but sealed plans for Lee to complete a studio album for release in India within the next year.

"We had talked about it for a while, but in the end it happened really quickly," said Lee, who plays guitar and sings in English and Hindi in the song. "We had a break in between games last year, so I wrote the lyrics in half an hour and we headed up to a studio in Mohali to record it. Then we hired a room in our hotel in Mumbai to shoot the video. I have been shooting commercials since I was 20, so it all came pretty naturally."

I read it the other way, but anyway its semantics
Fact of the matter I wasn't going to stand by (and nor should I) while he went around calling me a racist for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON WHATSOEVER. Its not true and is offensive in itself. I can take it once by dismissing it like I did, but he kept on it so deserved what he got.

But meh, I'm part Indian heritage, born in South Africa, British national, full time Australian resident, everyone gives me crap...
...I just deal it back at them and a bit more!
Actually Australia is a fairly decent place for the most part in terms of having an accepting society of people from outside, if it wasn't I certainly wouldnt be living there now.

wtf at the silver kfc shit

7.00pm The weather in Sydney is fine and a big crowd is expected, the cheerleaders are in position and we have a pre-match scratch-off between local DJs about to take place. And bullish chat from the English TV channels who keep stressing that England have a 100% record in Twenty20 matches against Australia. Played one, won one.

6.40pm England have named their XI and there is no place for Andrew Strauss, who is dropped or rested rather than unfit. Michael Vaughan will open with Ed Joyce.

"Are you sure it's a chest infection for Lee?" asks Simon. He could be suffering shame brought on by his music video.

lol @ brett lee shame.

Nah, just means we don't marry our cousins down here like the yanks or spend our lives running around a mousetrap english housing estate Ian!

Actually the uniquely Australian and English thing for outsiders who won't understand what I just wrote and might take offence is that we just give each other constant s**t-stirring to get along all day, every day, rather than just confine it to shocking outbursts and emotional crap which is actually serious.
That and learn to laugh at each other and ourselves at an early age, because if you can't find some sense of humour about a situation once in awhile even when everything seems hopeless and gone down the depths of hell, you may as well give up.

Fantastic while your at I'll take a Chicken Jalfrazi and Keema Naan Ian what are you having mate?

It's all banter at the end of the day. I have work colleagues in my office from all over the world most us have banterous conversations cocerning the countries we're born in or where we've descended from. Sometimes people who are over liberal play it as racism it drives me mad.

Trance Nutter, I think Sweet Deaths - Nou anyway so just ignore the sad bald c*nt.

I'll take the special, lilith with a side salad

seriously, this 20-20 is gonna be fun no matter what happens. Bumble's back on form in the comm box, and the umpires tight lycra takes me back to 1990. Peter Parker must be cursing whichever numpty at the icc came up with this.

British Beefs fine everyone rants on about it that happened like 15 years ago. I eat Italian food mostly and Modern European. Whats for dinner tonight in the colony gruel and bread?

20/20's always a good laugh.

lol, these aussies are trying so hard, but it's somehow different to how we do it. the music here is inaudible & cheesy, not in the good way like ours and the grey shirts, the "red zone" and all sorts reek of trying a bit too hard. where's the hot tub, the npower girls, the players & umpires being wired up for live mic work (Stuart Macgill loved it in england when they were talking to him during him bowling an over)

"what you bowling next stuey?"

"an absolute peach"

he bowled a long-hop
