Shivers has almost gotten me there too!! That Alex M.O.R.P.H. remix truly is amazing! Wow, the memories with that track!

I know man. Those high-pitched, synthesized, chipmunk voices go straight to the heart and out of the tear ducts.

yaaaa, I don't think i'll ever forget this moment, it was just incredible, I had my hands up and screaming almost the whole time. Then I was dead tired and felt like passing out.

I've been getting into house a lot lately, but it'll never hold the place in my heart that trance does. Trance will always be above house to me. Sure house can be more fun to dance to, but it'll never be able to compete with the way some trance songs can bring out so many emotions and touch your soul.

House moves my body...trance moves my soul

Lisa, I'm the exact same way. I been listening to house lately too, but I will always love trance. I completely agree with you, house is more fun to dance to, but trance brings out so many emotions in me too.

I've never cried over a track, but I've come pretty damn close a couple times. Hearing So Serene on NYE 2005 at Redlight when Armin played it almost made me tear up. I would likely cry if I heard Silence Tiesto's ISOS Remix. I've heard the A&B remix but never the ISOS remix. That is the track that turned me into a trance whore, so to hear it played would be a pretty emotional moment for me.

I totally agree. No house sends chills down my spine or gives me goosebumps. Trance does.

I could say the same about techno. Man that beat drives me crazy.

And then closing out with "Jesselyn - Omnia (Tech Trance remix)" and finally with "Push - Universal Nation"

Edit, reverse those

I'm pretty sure that set wasn't 7 hours. As far as I know it was only 4.

Red Carpet - Alright (Brad Carter remix)

But yes. I want revival of pure hands in the air trance. (No, ASOT trance doesn't count)

Ya...I saw the tracklist...

62 songs at about 5-6 minutes per song

62 x 6 = 372mins = about 6.2hrs

But what do I know...I wasn't there.

Wait. Are you saying you've never heard his ISOS Remix played out on a loud system?? OMG. I have a new mission in life!

Other tracks that have had a significant effect on my heartaching smile.
Pulser - Cloudwalking [Tiesto @ The Docks 2001]
The Killers - Mr. Brightside (Blank & Jones Remix) [Blank & Jones at Koolhaus 2006]
Mike Foyle vs Signalrunners - Love Theme Dusk (Mike's Broken Record Remix) [Rank 1 @ Doom's Night, Vancouver]
Randy Katana - In Silence (Txixtarro Remix) [Signum @ Plush, Van]

All had my feet cemented to the floor, incapacitated to move, only to close my eyes, shaking my head, and let the emotion take me away. Moments that will be in my life forever!

I wasn't high, but that was probably the greatest few minutes in a club I've ever had.
