Good to know witch doctors can still make a living.

Awesome, just take it one day at a time and before you know it, it will get easier and easier, until one day you realized it's been four years.

That's wonderful. I think I quit a little over 4 years ago. Nicotine addiction is a total biatch. Quitting sucked, but I feel soooo much better.

You can help it. Empower yourself with the knowledge that everything you do is of your free will and choice. Accept that You haven chosen to smoke, take responsibility for activly smoking. Then the next step is to accept that you can freely chose NOT TO SMOKE. It isn't as hard to quit smoking as you have convinced yourself it is.

I think the mechanics behind smoking are always the same from person to person, it's the individual brainwash that is different, or what makes quitting complicated.

But that is just my opinon. I have always felt strongly about smoking and not smoking. It has affected my life for too long and I was once it's slave so I feel compassion to those still in it's iron clad grip.

And again I suggest Allen Carr's Book "How to permantly stop smoking" or now called easyway I think? Better than nicorette gum.

And if nothing else works...you can always dance
