Because they weren't unveiling some new miracle treatment for AIDS on Feb. 11 - it's just that the conference where they proclaimed that they would declare their nuclear sovereignty was the same conference where they released information that they had been developing the IMOD treatment and that it was, so far, a great success.

Results will require several more years of human experimentation, I am guessing.
