yeah. me too, im in that boat like every time im there and i still love hte zone sound even though im in a non-drug and non-drunk mood.

i just love hte craziness of hte zone's vibe and patrons, the state of mind it puts me in.

BUT... there is a certain type of House that is considered Zone Music. It's the harder, darker, dirtier house out there.

Zone also doesn't try to impress its patrons with lightshows or any of the fluff that you find at other clubs. They provide a venue where the music and the DJs are the main attraction. That's it.

Why do we all go to zone? The music! Because, for some reason, when your in that dark, dirty basement with your friends, those dirty fucking beats sound better than anywhere else in the city. Hands down.

The first time I went I did go in sober and I came at 4pm and left at 1 am...I had a blast...;These guys just won't let u rest.

Zone is just so incredibly insane- the best place I have ever gone to...I mean seriously I have never danced my ass off like I do in that place..There's nothing better than going in with an old pair of jeans, a t-shirt and your most comfortable shoes, and seriously not give a fuck what you look like...love it!!!

Skipper- I just wanna have an idea of what a good night out is for you because you always seem to have negative responses to a lot of the posts here. I get the fact that you are a dj and u obviously know a lot more when it comes to music than me...but I know enough to appreciate great talent and CZ has some of the best!!

the first two times i ever went to the zone totally sketched me out. i vowed i wouldn't return to the place.. but i ended up there this past sunday after 2 years of parting zone free.. all i have to say is, fuck me it looks like i missed out on some amazing music and times.. ill definately be back.

CZ has the best driving beats in the city. easy.

Also considering I don't like tribal, Entrena did a great job and I was dancing the whole day. I definitely enjoyed this set more than the last time he was here.

Not only did I have such an amazing day at Zone. I was with almost all of my favourite ppl. The music was great. There was a GREAT reason to be celebrating and I was having so much fun with no cares in the world. I spent a little too much time there though.. lol

Hope you enjoyed your sketchy birthday celebrations my little sugar cribby!!! This is definitely a day that needs to go in the books.. LOL

How is my review negative? I said the music is suited to the environment...I had a fun time on Sunday, but that doesn't mean I fell in love with the music being played, nor does it mean I can't have an opinion on it.

ok here goes my review

So Its my first real party at the zone

got there just after six and the line up was gay we were out the just over an hour!! They closed the line for about 20 minutes because a sexual assult had just happened inside. So after I cant feel anything on my body anymore and just before the they were going to have to amputate some fingers off for frost bite we were finally in, with no search! Thats a nice change. Got down stairs and the beats were pumpin. Carlo and Nathan were sharin the decks and throwin that shit down, got in and right to the front of the decks to dance! and stayed that way until they were down, lots of TA's up front just givin er! Damn some of you TA's can dance as I would find out through out the day. I have never had so much energy for a party. I couldnt stop moving, I was everywhere in that place. didnt really dig teh Dekoze but I never really have. Eric played some sick ass tribal beats, danced up the front again and the crowd was just eating it up! I have to say that is the trippiest dance floor I have ever been on, i think Rachel tapped me about four times before I finally saw her right in front of me lol. Over all some amazing music, I dunno I didnt find the Vj's all that Sunday, dont get me wrong they were decent but not mind blowing. I met so many nice people, met actually way too many people I dont think I can name even some off because i dont want to leave anyone out. So so nice to meet all of you, great vibe from everyone. between getting dirty and humping legs (Jen you got lefties and Geli you have the right)I had one hell of a day. Thanks to everyone for making this the most amazing Sunday ever! Rachel thanks for your hospitality and donuts And I saw only 8 people G out.......there are sketchier peopel haggling you outside the zone while you stand in line than in the place. I would definatly go back.

I had my little sketchbag there to teach me the proper wasy of dancing with a broken foot.
