I actually gave Norman the Vibrasphere- Landmark cd that I played. He asked what track that was and I handed him the cd to him and told him to keep it. He was very thrilled about that. Such a nice guy.

haha nice one

mark norman's style was very unexpected for me. i was thinking they'd play harder tech trance ala t342, but i loved the melodic progressive trance norman brought. fit the party very nicely!

Same here, I thought he would've played a bit harder but he kept the music tailored for such an intimate night. Loved it!! I agree, the Expander remix was nice to hear. Brings back those moments of back then but with a recent touch to it.

I totally agree with you. We were expecting to hear him spin a bit darker, but he went with the crowd & everyone was happy. To any of you who got to hear his whole set how was the beginning of his set, did he play Rush, Brasilla, or False Vegas? I managed to grab a couple words with him & he said that he really enjoyed playing there & that it was a great crowd!

M. Norman really surprised us last night too! Music, vibe, everything was great last night. Thanks to everyone who came out to see Norman and the Alibi crew.

If you liked what The Dirty Duo was playing you can get all of our latest mixes at here: DJ MIX DOWNLOAD

See all of you at PVD and in April!

Another fun weekend in the City kicking it off last Friday with the Alibi Party. I got there with my crew about 11:15 'coz I didn't wanna miss Shawn's and Turnine's set but they ended up starting at about midnight. Mean while we got entertained by the Dity Duo's Funky Electo/House set. I normally don't like to start my evening with Electro but their set got enough funk in it to get my mood floowing. Great job guys. I'm looking forward hearing you again next party.

Finally at a little pass midnight, I was told that the party was going to be moved up to the redroom. I was a little bummed because I was looking forward to hear the new added speakers in the main room. But actually it turned out great because it was a more intimate setting upstairs. Shawn and Turnibe did a great job despite only being able to play for less than an hour.

Mark Norman blew away me and my friends. It was our first time hearing him and he maintain a constant energy in that room. He read the crowd right and would not let anyone sit down and rest. He was also cool that we hang around the room after his set to just shot shit with the crowd.

Ish threw some wicked psy tracks that kept the room going. It was nice to hear ish do a psy set again. Unfortunately we were all fading around 4:00 and we had to leave.

overall another great alibi party. Nice work you guys. And oh btw, I'm really glad to meet TA members here.
