so scorsese and crew cleaned house with "the departed". it was a great movie in my opinion, but i don't know if i should be angry at scorsese for "remaking" (notice the quotes) infernal affairs or happy that he was part of a pretty good film ?

infernal affairs wasnt all that great imo
im a big fan of chinese cinema but the stuff they have been producing recently has been pretty shit, we need more stuff like the Killer, or Hard Boiled

i am usually not a big fan of chinese cinema as of late, but infernal affairs is one of the few chinese movies i enjoyed. it follows the same type of chinese drama format, but is a bit better than the norm.
