had that shit happen to us a long time ago. It was mid-winter in Chicago, & my mom was driving. We pulled up to a stoplight, but there was ice on the road, so we just kind of coasted. There was a cop at the intersection, too, so he just pulled over to get to it, because immediately, 5 people all jumped out of the car & started claiming we destroyed their car . There was a ding on the bumper and that was it. One of them kept telling the cop we broke the axle. Anyways, about a month later, they file a lawsuit claiming severe whiplash to everyone in the car, and asking for some absurd amount that could have paid for 10,000 new versions of their car. Luckily, the insurance company knew it was total bullshit, so they just paid the people 10 grand to make them go away, & didn't touch our rates at all.

that sucks. i know someone who had 2 of his cars stolen twice EACH! they found it each time but still sucks. i really hope that they find it. then sell the sum bitch and get something newer and harder to steal.

and i will tell you this from first hand knowledge. hondas and older nissans are the EASIEST to steal. you dont even need a shaved key. just one that isnt brand new. one thats like 3-4yrs old and used.
