Ok time to share my cheesy Danny story :




One of my favorite moments was at Decadence last year. We had just got back from Miami, and I was stoked to see Burridge again and see what he'd do in that room. Also to see Howells, who I've always loved but up till that point had NEVER seen (or I may have a few years ago but I don't remember).

So after Lee's set I went up to him and thanked him and told him how awesome I thought he was, blahblah...and that Burridge Barrage was my favorite party of WMC. So we chit chatted for a bit and I said, "You know, I fucking love this guy (pointing up at Howells), but can you believe this is only my FIRST time seeing him??"

So Lee was all like, "No shit?" And I was like, "Yeah!" So I asked Lee if he could pass the message along to Danny, tell him how much I loved him and how excited I was or some shit, and that I'd be down in the crowd, right up front representing.

So I go down front and look up and see Lee whispering in Danny's ear, then pointing to me in the crowd. Then Danny looks out at me, waves, and blows me a huge kiss!

I felt like such a stupid super-fan dweeb, but that moment really made my night, second only to the tunes those guys were laying down.

i need to get w/ the program. never seen howells or burrige do they come to miami ever? i think i liked their stuff from some CD's bassy sent me a while back.

Burridge is a fucking monster. His set at Stereo last Oct was so fucking filthy. That system, that sound, out of this fucking world. Howells always been hit or miss for me, but in 03 he played a 13 hour set that fucking destroyed my legs so bad I took 3 days off work. His sets vary depending on the city he is playing.

I used to looooooove Lawler so much. I'm not as much into his music as I used to be, but I still love what a fucking dirtbag he clearly is. He just looks such a slimy perv, always unshaven and shit, making those "Aw fuck yeah this mix is like ass-sex" faces. It definitely translates to his music.

Burridge's been here twice already, conference party was sick.
Howells used to throw "Holloween Party" at Space but I think parted ways with the owner. Dunno if he's been down other than conference
