as I pointed out earlier... the porn actress/actor is getting paid for the film of them having sex, not the sex itself... if there were no cameras present there would be no cheques.

prostitution= criminal act
porn star= legal and monitered

the law says it isn't prostitution. I don't know about where you live but a law book trumps the dictionary and wiki in the courtroom

and nudity does not imply porn. it's all about the manner and context of the nudity.
