went out on another charter yesterday with our friend Jess...We didnt catch much cos we concentrated on catching big game fish...Jess caught a decent sized snapper that we took to a restaurant where they cooked it for us.....Brian caught sumfin called a squirrel fish...I caught the sun and drank a case....

Jeez! What these boys get up to when I'm gone! I will say the microwave is installed, and the bathroom is done so they did manage to squeeze some work in along with the fishing. It's all good.

We never kill anything we don't plan on eating.....unfortunately sometimes fish over stress themselves while being caught and by the time they get to the boat, they are not doing so well. This was the case with the shark.....so it was either let it go and watch it die in the water or bring it home and eat it. I don't like shark meat unless it's mako shark so we gave the shark fins to a local restaurant owner that makes a wicked shark fin soup. We gave away the rest of the meat as well so it didn't go to waste.
