I think it happens to everyone. At first you're just excited that someone is even letting you play somewhere that wears off fairly quickly. Perhaps the time could be closely approximated as a linear function of skill level. Then after that you stop giving a fuck and start having fun again. And perhaps that amount of time can be closely approximated as a linear function of testicular diameter.

I would like to thank Dave and the crew for making the Dolce gig happen. I had a great time and the vibe was perfect. Great opening sets from Jake and Dave. I was able to play a bit of everything and the people were willing to give themselves over to some liquor fueled electronic fun for a couple hours.

I enjoyed meeting new faces and people who have sent emails thru myspace or proton.

You guys have a grasp on how to handle a 'proper' event from the initial booking, hospitality and even some afterhours.

Thanks and hope to see you guys again soon. Look out for a set from Mr. Cavasos on The Sound in the near future as well.

Unfortunately I didn't make it out early enough to catch the opening sets, but Lance brought some of the dirtiest prog I've heard in a while and it was wicked. Cheers Lance, and Dave for throwing the party, we had a great time!

Lance killed it from start to finish and Jake played one of the best sets I'd heard from him in a while. Thanks to everyone who came out to support. It was a great way to finish Fridays out.

Wish I could have made the afterhours, but yeah...wasn't trying to earn a night on the couch.

We'll do it again for sure : )
