All the planning is pretty much done, and just requires some final info from Scott. (ie date, cap capacity, etc)
When we do have all the final info, there will be some volunteers asked to fill in some positions and help out.

The planning that has already been done for past parties, they just use the same template and revise a little with the provided info of the new party area so to speak lol

Always awesome times. It's different being outside of a club setting with everyone. Everyone hanging out together and being able to talk because you can hear eachother! lol. Always an awesome party and so much fun. The above parties all have so many memories and inside jokes from them lol

you could've written be a book with all your stories haha

I'd just likem to say i totally second this!! I actually went up last night for some May 2-4 chillz, not really knowing what to expect, but it turned out to be a fucking WIKKID time! It took honestly 15 mins from my house (Yonge/Highway7) to get their, which isnt bad at all, 407 to 404 and then bam your there. And you pull into this dirt road in what seems the middle of nowhere and drive a couple minuites, and then all of a sudden......huge bonfire, tons of cars, music blaring, people chilling.....my first reaction "Why Has Nobody Organized A Rave Here?!?!" Its amazing, its so close, but so tucked away, that you can do anything you want and not have to worry about sound complaints, cops, or anything like that.

All details have to be confirmed, but here are the preliminary.

Date: 17-19 Aug
Place: Scott's cottage
Cost: $20
Max number of ppl: 40 (all that'll cram into the cottage, unless you want to sleep in a tent outside)

Possible activities list look really interesting too.

There will be a thread on the events forum when every detail is finalized.

As for reservation, you are only reserved a spot when you have paid the cost before hand. (via email transfer, paypal, etc)
