in california the public universities are all UC (University of California at) or CSU (California State University at)...the one your talking about is TECHNICALLY called CSU Sacramento but its just referred to as Sac State.

and yes AC is a requirement. it is BLAZING hot. 105 every summer for about half the summer.

aren't you next to san fran, i thought that far up north it wouldn't be that hot?
