IMO, but the sun rays here (at least in Toronto) are much milder compared to hot places that I've been to, so yeah, I think so

you get burned almost instantly on the sun here, i was at my friends backyard for 2 hours doing some BBQ when i came back in i was red all over my body.

well I never did yet, even going to the beaches here

I do get burnt in the Mediterranean sun though, to the point that my ear lobes would peel
