The Silvia name was used for the S12, PS13 and the S15 worldwide.

The 240SX name was used in the North American market when you got the crap KA24DE engine.

The 180SX name was used for the RPS13 chassis, but curiously, used the SR20 engine.

Can you tell that i am a 200SX owner and SX Owners club member?

hehe i formerly owned an RMS13 (USDM S13 hatch). miss that car lots.\

edit//are you on nicoclub?

This

The 3 litre V6 turbo engine that sits over the rear wheels

in its day it could quite easily beat a ferrari off the line and even when the ferrari got past it, it would not that far ahead.

nah...i had the USDM equivalent of the RPS13, the RMS13. the M signifies the KA24DE engine instead of the SR20DET.

It's too late to get tickets (you can still go and have a look), but this weekend theres a meeting called SpaItalia in Belgium, at the renewed circuit of Spa Francorchamps. Only Italian cars can register; you can find the impressive list of participating cars over here :http://www.spaitalia.be/en/exhibitors.html, just click on a brand to see what cars will be there. Some nice picks of the past years too.

Impressive to say the least. Last year there was a ... guess what:

VEYRON

VEYRON

... Will not be a legendary car. It won't hold the status that the 300 SL or the jaguar E Type hold.

Ninja Edit: It just doesn't have the same soul or presence the truly timeless cars have.

It will if they keep rebroadcasting that episode of Top Gear

Srsly, that's hard to say at the present time. This car is, no matter what, a milestone in car manufacturing.

(edit: reminds me of that asian guy that drove his dads or brother or whatevers veyron into pieces in London )

i'm not as familiar with older cars as i am the newer ones, but the only car i'd drive that was built before 1995 is this one...in white though, not red.

but to be honest, the 2001 is my favorite saleen body style. black or white only.
