I think it would be awesome going nuts in the rain (as long as it's warm). I'd take that any day over having thousands of people's sweat raining on me from the ceiling indoors But i do imagine they have a backup plan like that, i highly doubt they want to risk people getting pushed down the stairs and shit when people try to get away from the rain.
