im halfway through, and have already decided im buying this 100%!
this album really isnt much like without you near, just look at the title, progression. thats exactly what this is. i think markus did an amazing job! never gets boring, and doesnt disappoint one bit!
01: I Am (vs Chakra)... no review needed, we've all heard it
02: Spilled Cranberries... slow intro, nice but after i am it kinda of slows down a bit too much for me. 6/10
03: On A Wave (Feat Anita Kelsey)... ehhh, i really hated the vocals on this track.... way off imo. 2/10
04: Lost Cause (Feat Carrie Skipper)... now this is what im talking about... fucking beautiful beat with decent vocals. 8/10
05: Mainstage... short segway track, only about a minute and a half long... not bad, but not enough of a track to actually review
06: Fly To Colors... we've all heard it, but i freakin love this track! 9/10!
07: Let It Go... very nice, gotta say this track was PERFECT coming out of fly to colors. this is the markus i love!!!! beautiful buildup! these are the kinds of songs i get lost in, not that fluffy armin/a&b crap! he constantly does some interesting stuff on that buildup! not the same repeated beat. he throws some nice touches in it. 10/10!
08: Daydream (Feat Andy Moor)... not really my kinda track. a little too slow. the buildup was decent, but thats all this track really had to offer. the track seems to focus around the vocals, and the fact that they arent that amazing, i couldnt get into it. 5/10
09: SLA9... very strange transition from the previous track. it goes from the slow mellow to a straight breakbeat beat. anyway, its a very funky track. not like anything ive heard markus produce before. some people might not dig this at all, but i freakin love it! the way this track evolves is amazing. it goes from a straight funky vibe to a trancey vibe. very original. 8/10!
10: Perfect (Feat Dauby)... more upbeat trance kinda track. its got a good beat and a nice feel to it when it first comes in. but again, gotta say i dont like the vocals. but thats just me, i hate 99% of most vocals! lyrics are a little cheesey too. after the first break, this track loses me. this is the kinda trance i really dont like. 3/10

thats all ive heard so far. but wow! july 2nd needs to get here so i can buy this puppy!

After 2 listens, good album, I think Ill buy it. But Im much more excited for remixes of the songs because many of them are not dance tracks.
1. Markus Schulz Vs Chakra - I Am - Not a bad song but its nothing special to me.
2. Markus Schulz - Spilled Cranberries - Avg ambient track.
3. Markus Schulz Feat Anita Kelsey - On A Wave Catchy tune, Id like to hear a dance remix
4. Markus Schulz Feat Carrie Skipper - Lost Cause Decent track, but needs a remix too
5. Markus Schulz - Mainstage Avg Ambient track
6. Markus Schulz - Fly To Colors This track is ok for me, pretty good but Im not in love.
7. Markus Schulz - Let It Go I like this one, its a fun track
8. Markus Schulz Feat Andy Moor - Daydream Great track, love the vocals, one my faves of the album
9. Markus Schulz - SLA9 Sonically very pretty but a bit repetitive for me, I want a remix
10.Markus Schulz Feat Dauby - Perfect Better than I Am, but still not something Id throw in a set
11.Markus Schulz - Trinidad To Miami I like this track, 4 some reason, but not sure how id use it.

for me. I love it! I NEED A DANCE version of this tune!!!
im pretty sure track 12 is the dance version of track 13

For some reason I found this album extremely shit. There were only 2 tracks that I enjoyed on this, the others were all a bit meh. 
I expected much better from Markus 
have only heard I Am. But man what a piss remake of Chakras old tune. Please leave it alone and go and hunt down Bedrocks remix or why not Amethysts remix. Both from 1997 and both dozens of times better than this new poor remix.

Track 12 is a mix of 13 in a way, but doesnt have the male vocals of 13, which I like much better. SO I want a remix with those vocals too!

There sure are, intros and all. Bought the album yesterday, and wow, I'm very impressed. Tonnes of emotion in this one, I think I've only found one track on it that I'm not a huge fan of, and thats the Trinidad to Miami one. Other than that, the four on the floor trance is great, and the slower chill tunes are awesome and full of feeling. I'm very happy with the purchase.
Sla9 is definatly my favourite here, although its way too short.. I need a full lenght mix of it
Daydream wasn't as good as I hoped for, but still quite good, Spilled Cranberries and Trinidad To Miami are also nice.. The rest are not very bad but not very good either.. I especially don't like the vocal-songs too much, but they could have been worse..! The only thing I really didn't like (except the short track lengths on some of the songs, hehe) was this "that's the whole progression"-phrase in "cause you know (is this the end)".. without it, it could have been a really nice song..
But overall a nice album, I'll give it 7/10 I think, but I really feel a need for full length-versions (and remixes) of some of these tracks..

'Daydream' is a great track, the album version available isn't the greatest and I'd still definately like a fuller version, but it's just about ok to mix with.
'Fly To Colours' isn't really worth buying as there's no way to mix into it, will wait for the full release & buy that version
