...it's just because you can...there is no real point tbh...it's just the fact that you are able to that intrigues people.

I guess one reason is for emulators and stuff so you can play old school games on your system, and maybe for other purposes, but i dunno.

Homebrew on the PSP is great because you can add many apps to it so you can make it like a Handheld computer, but that can play PSP games..
