I've watched Deadliest Catch occasionally. It's pretty cool when they get stuck in the middle of a storm.

Tonight, on Top Gear... (SBS, 7.30pm)
quote:
Over eight million viewers in the UK tuned in to watch Richard 'Hamster' Hammond makes his return to Top Gear. After recovering from his devastating 288 mile per hour crash in the jet-engined Vampire, Richard talks about his jet-car experience and the terrifying accident which very nearly cost him his life.

The Jaguar XKR is taken through its paces

and the team set off on a new challenge. With a bee in his bonnet, Jeremy sets out to prove to a local council that it only takes 24 hours to resurface a 1.5 mile stretch of road, not five days as predicted by the council. While James closes the road and sets up the detour for local residents, Jeremy and Richard try their hand at roadworks.

Tonight on Top Gear.

quote:
Nobody gives a shit as James road tests the Bugatti Veyron and goes back to the future after hitting 88mph (erm actually more along the lines of 400+ kmh).
Hugh Grant is the Star in a Reasonably Priced Car, and talks about his new remix with Armin Van Buuren.
Jeremy, Richard and James take the latest Audi, Alfa Romeo and Mazda coups to Scotland to test which is the best before they are given two minutes each to persuade DJ's at the Scottish Music Museum on why their car is a piece of .. music, and then fly down to Australia to kick everyone's ass that doesn't watch.

Posted by RaverSpike on Jan-21-2008 07:43:

Posted by Philby on Jan-21-2008 09:37:

Posted by sunrise3500 on Jun-02-2008 00:41:

It's back... SBS, 7.30 tonight...

Tonight on top gear...
quote:
Its the start of a brand new series and the boys argue over the best driving roads in the world to test an Aston Martin, a Porsche and a Lamborghini. Why does Jeremy dismiss Australia? And what does he think of the VW Golf GTi W 12? Actress Dame Helen Mirren brings some much needed class and dignity to the show and explains the concept of public transport to a bemused Jeremy.

Richard in his Bugatti Veyron takes on the most advanced Eurofighter Typhoon from the RAF in a two-mile race, James road tests a convertible Rolls-Royce and Jeremy toys with a Ferrari 599 GTB.
