And why do you hate EDM Lilith?

Posted by Lilith on Aug-23-2007 07:30:

There's not a lot to burn there unless you go to the mountains.
Go burn down Melbourne, there's still some of it left after the last lot of un-touristy people went there and started fires last summer

'cause, I was messing around with the mixer this afternoon and can't remember the last time I actually chucked anything through it from the last 2 years that was a proper EDM track.

Yeah, but 'proper' is a pretty loose term these days.

I guess, if it's electronic and some one out there will dance to it, it's EDM.

On a mildly unrelated note, can you, or anybody else, help me out with some wicked DnB sets? My repetoir (sp?) is running oh-so-low.

Think about the closest I've got is a couple of SVD tracks which haven't sucked.

Thanks for the link Where the hell is Perth again?

The first Greg Packer set I came across has MC Shureshock collaborating. He's a Brisbane guy, who I know. Not sure if I should avoid that one or not
