and (wintergalactic) guys , i don't think there's much point in puttin blame on one another anymore. at this point, i don't think people really care who's at fault and likely blame you both as a whole for this mess. all they care about it getting their money back and nothing more. but then you probably already knew that.. i think?

no offense to the ones who lost their money but, this is great entertainment ( not trying to be an ass)

honestly its very interesting watching the whole politics of this crap

Andre says BRING IT ON...i say i am just going to follow through on EVERY one of my promises i have made to the party people and family who have been there for us from the beginning. i may have fucked up in some things, but am in the process to do things right this time, with a SOLID plan of action, with GOOD PEOPLE.

Not really, Sonic State filed for Bankruptcy.....so in a sense, they're legally protected, and we're just plain screwed.
Unless one day they decide to do the right thing and refund our money, but I doubt that will ever happen.

this is why i think that sometimes it's better waiting and not buying early bird tix when ur not 100% sure about a party..

the extra money u don't save, can save a lot of aggravation ..

what the fuck man. i keep reading a few people's posts that are bitching about not getting your money back, and magically waiting for a refund without doing what i said....

i have only received 2 emails lately from people with all their info. i have a list of people who bought tickets from long ago, but i need your address, ticket outlet, # of tickets and phone number, etc.

for the people that sent me their info..thank you and expect a money order very soon. for the rest who are just waiting without sending me anything...shut the fuck up and send your info so we CAN resolve the situation.

I am paying you back on behalf of the bankrupt company...as I have promised that I would do so and have already sent alot of money to ticketholders, somewhere in the neighborhood of $800, from my pocket.

I sent you an e-mail when you first proposed that idea like 4 months ago and I never received a reply from you, I guess because the sonicstate e-mail was dead. You should have posted the new e-mail a long time ago. Anyways, I'll send you another e-mail.
