I've heard one should not wear gold and silver at the same time.

jewelry = real stones imo.

diamonds, pearls, (real) rubies, etc.

I don't wear fake shit.

i have 2 necklaces. one is a beaded one that my 1st love got me and I've kept it since. We're still friends so it's not as if it reminds me of anything bad. Secondly I wear with it a corded necklace, one of the adjustable ones which has my lucky charm on it.

Other than that, I don't have anything of significance, although when the time comes, I'd love to inherit my grandads wedding ring, because of what he was to me, and to keep a piece of him with me forever.

3 necklaces/chains, 2 rings or more, bracelets when I can be bothered putting them on. No piercings whatsoever yet, don't fancy the look.

Indeed it does. Speaking of which, I just took mine out. Ten days before one year anniversary.

Permanently - my medical bracelet and my livestrong band, my bestfriends ring that I gave her for her 16th birthday, and I usually have my class ring on
I used to wear a chain with a tiny little Fleur de lis on it but it broke on Canada day.

Aside from that everything else is on and off.

EDIT: do nose rings count? cus then ya my nose ring.

I wear very little in the way of jewellery, when I was 17 and working as a therapist with my hands a lot I used to take it off all the time and just sort of never got back into wearing it again.

You gave her a ring and you're wearing it?

Posted by Inertia on Aug-21-2007 08:34:

gold necklace with a gold star of david on it. present from my grandmother. i've taken it off only a handful of times, for fear of losing it, or because the jagged edges on the star might hurt me (during sports)

The dead have no need for jewelery.
