1557 sq. ft is really small. You could easily find a bigger apartment.

Posted by Ygrene on Sep-29-2007 15:28:

Yeah I guess that is really small for a first time home buyer buying a brand new home. And my goodness, so much better to rent than own as well.

FFS BOOMER WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU!

Posted by Boomer187 on Sep-29-2007 16:04:

Srsly, that should be plenty of space for two people. And another good thing about owning, is that you can pee pretty much anywhere and not have to worry about losing your security deposit when you movie out.

+1 , 1500 sq feet is not small at all. my house is around 1200, and it's way comfortable.

hopefully you'll make a good investment out of it!

Welcome to vegas housing.

We are in a drought so we cannot use lotsa water. So any backyard cannot be more than 50% grass and the grass you are allowed to have never grows cause the ground is very very very hard. So you end up with a yard full of rocks. And since yards full of rocks suck ass nobody cares about yards. So all throughout vegas there are no yards and therefore houses are close together since there are only tiny yards seperating them.

also the closer houses are put together, the more houses the builder can sell.

Posted by Ygrene on Oct-01-2007 15:19:

Since you have this new home coming, maybe I'll just wait 'til it's done to send the Reese's????
